Wondering if I should try making bread again. I've been buying from the local bakery, and freezing half a loaf, and it seems to last long enough. If I make my own bread, I save a little money, make some crazy bread (Roman Mushroom Bread!), and hope half survives in the freezer.

I do have the stand mixer now, may as well put it to use!
