dolariTotally messed up the naan today. The first batch I made, I compeltely forgot to make ghee, so I ended up having to dump the already proofed yeast and make a new batch after I made the ghee.
Second time, I comepletely forgot to add the milk/egg mixture until after I made the dough, and it refused to incorporate into the already made dough. Trashed.
I can't make a third batch cause now I'm out of stuff.
I may try again tomorrow. But I'll likely just buy store bought naan and call it a day.
