Nov. 29th, 2022 12:06 amNothing gets me seeing red more than bad customer service. And not bad customer service as in "I didn't get my way." That happens. If they're reasonable, I'm reasonable. I've worked that position for decades, and know how it can get. I know how to navigate and de-escalate when needed. And if you want to speak to a manager, I found a way to do it. And when I was a manager, I always spoke to someone when they asked for one.
I mean bad customer service as in "blaming the customer for their own errors" and "lying to you about how they're handling your issues." That shit is bonkers, UPS
