Okay folks. I gotta ask:

I read Triquetra Cats, and enjoy it.
I liked Aeon Flux, and Reign the Conqueror.
I liked everything David Lynch makes.

Do I have bad taste? Everyone seems to think I do....

I didn't like Triquetra Cats, but I didn't dislike it either. It was cute but not in a way that attracted my attention over a long period.

I loved Aeon and Reign as well.

I haven't been able to watch a David Lynch film all the way through. The opening music in Lost Highway is the stuff my mom would listen to at high volumes while drunk, which gives me all sorts of bad twitching.

I like Triquetra.

I found Aeon to be tedious and am hoping the movie redeems it somewhat for me because so many people I know liked it.

Reign, what I could force myself to watch of it, was... painful.

Liking everything David Lynch has made does not mean you have bad taste. David Lynch is a genius. Granted, his parents should be locked up in an old-style English dungeon and never let out, but he's a genius.

I like triquetra cats,and a lot of Lynch's stuff when I'm in the mood to watch that kind of thing. I've never heard of Reign the Conquerer, and I don't like Aeon Flux.

So, obviously, you only have selectively bad taste. ;)

If you liked Aeon Flux, thats fine. It was wierd and kinda surreal and cyber punk and totally different and unique and MTV-ey without being MTV-ey and had lots of mostly naked people. If you liked Reign the COnqueror, you have a problem, particularly since all its mostly naked people were all guys. Like, eww. I mean really, full scale upper body armor comboed with bikini briefs? What the hell?
