dolariTonight's "Sunday Night Movie" is Airplane! I love love LOVE this movie, and I think one of the reasons that a lot of other Leslie Nielsen or farce comedy movies don't work for me is the comedy in Airplane! is played 100% straight. They don't react to the jokes.
I absolutely love the Police Squad! TV show for this reason, but in the movies, everyone reacts to the jokes and setups, which really blunts the cvomedy for me. Kinda like having a laugh track in shows.
