dolariSo, I stumbled across some videos of James May back in the Covid Era making sandwiches he had as a boy in the 70s. The number one thing I noticed? He buttered the bread. Every time.
I don't do that. I use mayo and mustard, but I don't butter the bread (unless I'm toasting it, and even then, I butter the OUTSIDE).
