Ankle update:

For once, depression worked out! What with the constant allergy attacks, the hand issues and now a possible broken ankle, my already simmery depression (itch all the time, and you'll be depressed too) became full blown, and about 5PM, I fell into a depression sleep - ankle elevated. I woke up about 11PM...had some dinner, talked with Emily....and then went right back to sleep about 1 - ankle elevated. I just woke up - ankle still elevated.

The swelling from being elevated for 15 hours has gone WAY the heck down. I can walk on it fine, although all the tendons and ligaments on the outside and underneath my ankle (radiating out to the top of my foot) hurt like the bejeezus.

15 hours later, it's most likely not broken. But it IS the worst sprain I've ever ever had. I'll lay off it all weekend, and if it's better by Monday, I'll give the trail a try again (I'm fat, and sitting around the house aint' fixin' that.)

I'm usually going to SLEEP about this time. Let's see what this "daytime" is all about.

I am catching up as well. I am glad to hear that your ankle is doing better. I would say more, but then I would come off as a stalker rather than than one of your fans. Not quite what you need right now.

I'm glad the ankle doesn't seem broken anymore, but I wish you were doing better. I'll keep you in my thoughts.
