Oh, I got it working in an hour. :) I took it all apart, put all the plastic pieces in a tupperware bowl, some water, and sealed it. Then I shook the heck out of it to clean all the sugar off of it. Then I dried it all out very well. I took the motherboard and wiped it down really good with some glass cleaner. Put it all back together - workes pefectly. :)

I've been washing keyboards for YEARS that way.
