Pictures of six year old girls in red lipstick really started to creep me out once I realized that lips are a secondary sexual characteristic and red lips are supposed to remind you of engorged labia. Now all those little girl glamor shots seem way too much like child pornography to me.

And of course there's the "why worry about thousands of little girls dying in Darfur when one little blonde girl's been murdered in Colorado?" aspect. Our priorities are so screwed up that I can't even come up with a proper analogy for it.

Every hear of the Saturday night Live sketch called "Babies in Makeup?" A bunch of babies in make up, dressed up as S&M types - dominatrices, gimps, Betty Page types and was just wrong wrong wrong wrong. It was so horrifyingly hated that they played it aain the next week for reaction.

Unfortunately they did start showing it again.

This time round I even got to see it zoomed-in to fit the digital widescreen picture I have on my TV screen these days, and even if only from a technical standpoint it didn't look any better.

Isn't there a synonym of "child" that can be used as a prefix to append to "exploitation", in the style of "Blaxploitation", to give that horrid footage the description it deserves?

The latest from the wire services about the JonBenet Ramsey thing has the head, Source: Karr Visited Sex-Change Clinic (http://www.salon.com/wire/ap/archive.html?wire=D8JK1VHO0.html). There's no indication that this is relevant information. (I'm assuming, since I'm sure as heck not following this mess).
