I need to take a shower for work. The warm water usually helps. If it doesn't I'll be getting dressed for the emergency room.

I use to make myself throw up and I always felt better. And then one day that didn't even make me feel better. I ended up having to go to University Hospital and staying for a day or so. Then they scheduled me to have my gall bladder removed about 2 weeks later.

I hope you will get to start feeling better soon honey...
