Oh! And we're FINALLY getting the much promised Deluge Rain I've been waiting for since June 23rd! Sure, most of Texas has had too too much rain (Marble Falls got 20 inches in 12 hours) but in San Marcos, we've been virtually dry as a bone (The rain event over the last month has left us with about an inch to two inches of rain. We're getting our share now. A co-worker just went home because her house is flooding, and another will be leaving soon...but RAIN! :D

Update: 4 Inches of Rain since NOON!?!? 7 in New Braunsfels?! WOW. :D

The rain in Texas is psychotic because my mother kept it from raining in this area for a few weeks because it would interfere with her plans.

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
