We really need to artificially age our actors who play the Doctor during their run so that when we grab them again years or decades later there's less of a discontinuity in their physical appearance.
I look at Peter Davison for a bit in that picture, and I think part of my brain 'de-ages' him to his Doctor-looking age. So then when my eyes cross to David Tennant, some kind of comparison makes me think he's about fifteen...
I mean, Peter is the one that most looks like he's still The Doctor. He's aged pretty well as far as the classic actors go (when compared to Tom, Colin and Sylvester)
