Must be bread!

And it sure is - Hapalos Artos bread, fresh from the oven. It's a very very very very mild, slightly sweetish with a slight hint of olive oil, and has the texture of a very light and airy cornbread. A "crispy" crust, and crumbly insides. It's also INCREDIBLY filling. I can see how they made an entire breakfast out of just a few slices of this. I just had two slices and that is enough for me.

We'll try something a bit less "mild" next time. But man, this was NICE.

Seriously, that is super-ultra-cool. You wanna try my (as it were) scone recipe sometime since you are now on a roll? Ha! Bread products - ROLL - I slay me! :D

I wouldn't say no to making it, takes about 3 hours, and is actually kinda bland. Let me try something a little more flavorful. LOTS of recipes to try out yet.
