Two of my co-workers lost weight when they stopped drinking soda (pop/Coke/however it's called in your area). One lost 3 pounds; the other lost 6. Just by giving up soda.

I'm of a fairly average size for a male of my height/age, but about a year and a half ago, I started noticing parts of me were a bit saggier then I wanted them to be. I stopped drinking soda, switched to water and tea, and I quickly regained a tone to myself. That shit really is poison; sweet, sweet poison.
