That's how long it takes, using a relay operator, to install a driver.
I KNOW we have TTY lines, I used to WORK TTY.

Sep. 5th, 2003 07:51 pmI'm superwoman today. I had an escalation to my manager (who I like because he actually takes escalations, versus deferring them), who then basically told me: "Take care of it"
Over the course of two hours, I contacted three different companies, poking and prodding to get an emergency repair of a computer for a (not-so) Big Company, and got it done. With a lot of help from my manager who was not onsite.
Customer is insane...but very happy. Which makes me happy.
Would I do it again?
HELL NO.
