Apr. 23rd, 2003 11:11 amOkay, this is getting rediculous.
1) Troubleshot a motherboard, needed to be replaced.
2) Customer was inside of his 30 days. Asked for a system exchange.
3) Got manager approval for the exchange.
4) Got a Level 2 Approval for the exchange.
5) THEN, two days later, I'm told it's cancelled by the same L2 and to sendout a Hard Drive.
Frustration level RISING.

What's bugging you about your job? Let me know and you might see
it in a Dilbert comic or newsletter. The best comic fodder
involves workplace peeves, devious strategies, frustrations of
dealing with others, conflicting objectives, unintended management
consequences, and of course my favorite - idiot bosses.
And I love True Tales of Induhviduals.
And if you're seeing any new management trends that need to be
mocked, I can help. Send your (brief) suggestions to me at:
scottadams@aol.com.
IMPORTANT: Put "Dilbert" at the end
of your subject line so my spam filter
won't bounce it back.
