You know, I can take most insults pretty well. I get called every name in the book when I can't fix your problem. But when you insult me over my voice, you hit below the belt.

The calls are recorded, but the worst that will happen is it's a "Negative Customer Experience" that he started. No one gets blame anywhere.

I usually don't mind being insulted...it's just that one really hurts.

There has to be more, as there's a line that really shouldn't be crossed. Is there not something that can be done in the future to prevent asswipes like this?!
