A woman interviewed on CBS News says she's not happy with the War on Iraq, but will vote for Bush anyways:

CBS: "Why?"
Woman: "Because he's a Christian."

If it makes you feel any better, someone that would vote this way likely did not vote for Gore in 2000 (oh lookie here, remember who won the popular vote that year?) and likely didn't vote for for Clinton in 1992 and 1996 (I seem to recall him winning). So people like that are in the minority.

Personally, I long for the day when a politician can freely state that he is not even remotely Christian, and still win. Buddhists and Hindus in office! YEH! Atheism for America! DOUBLE-YEH!
