Remember when I said everything was going wrong today? Well...it still is...but I forgot about something until I got a cramp in my neck. I'm back on my cycle again, aren't I? Forgot ALL about that...

I get a shot every four weeks, with the same dosage (I think it's 40 ml of estrogen in one go). I also take 300mg of spiranolactone to scrub the nasty testosterone out of the system.
